We keep it simple: if you don’t vibe with what you ordered, you can send it back.

How returns work

Log in to your account here: account.strangevibesco.com

Go to Orders → Request Return

Pick the item(s), select a reason, and submit

We’ll review your request and send you the green light and returns address (or let you know if it doesn’t qualify)

The fine print

Return shipping is on you. Since we’re a small shop, we can’t cover return labels — but we want you to get it right the first time, so we encourage checking the size chart before you order.

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

Once approved, you’ll get instructions on where to send it.

No exchanges. If you need a different size/design, just place a new order. We’ll hook you up with a one-time free shipping code when your return is approved.

Refunds are issued after the return is received and checked.

TL;DR

Log in → request return → ship it back → re-order if you want. Easy.
